This is what we came home to at 8pm tonight! The kids were so excited as we only
get snow like this every 3 years or so... On our way home the police had closed the
highway so we had to got on a much longer detour..which was less than 100 metres
away from the road-block..had the same elevation and a much narrower windy road
with no guard rails and it was not blocked..explain that!.. Made it finally..kids are
tucked up with bed with their heat packs and I am slowly trying to warm up with
several layers, scarf, sheepskin slippers, fingerless gloves and I'm just about to do
Tracy's triple beanie trick... I will try and get some better pics of the snow in
the morning..hope you are warm wherever you are! :D
