My first post went up on the Scrapware blog this week, and it was my turn to share a technique...so I chose masking using the gorgeous scroll chipboard piece..
and I've also used the piece here after inking in blues and greens.. the little flowers are also Scrapware.. as is the 'hair' part of the tiltle.. More detailed instructions on how I've done the layout can be seen here
There's some gorgeous 'girly' creations on the blog this week..I'm working on another Scrapware layout today, here is a sneak peak of one I finished this week.. it will be posted in about a week's time :)
Thanks for stopping by..I'll be back to share something for Qtea soon Gx
It's been so dry this winter..such a contrast to last year when the ground was so
waterlogged that we had landslips here.. we were heading towards having to buy our second truck load of water..until this week, then down came almost solid rain for over 24 hours... it filled out tanks, topped up dams and made the rivers swell..
The only downside is Rhi being away on her school camp for the whole week, hopefully it hasn't put a dampener on their fun too much! Back soon to share some Qtea scraps Gx
The girls spent a fun couple of hours exploring Salamanca market yesterday while I was treated to getting my hair done :) They finished off with some scrummy ice creams..jaffa for Rhi and raspberry sorbet for Jem :)
then I came home and made this French inspired card using the Julykit from Qtea The kit was beautiful to work with and I especially loved the blue garter lace and little stamp illustrations from the vintage book paper..
Thanks for stopping by, hope you're having a lovely Sunday Gx
