Jem recently turned 13 and although I found it hard to see my (baby) girl become a teenager..I was a bit emotional..but at the same time so proud of her and the fact that she's grown into such a beautiful and caring young woman.. and I'm so excited to see where the next few years take her..
I scrapped this photo, taken on the eve of her birthday.. using the gorgoeus Jan My Scrapbook Nook kit, which featured Lily Bee Design - 'head over heels'..
