375g store bought fruit cake (dark best)
(for those in Australia - Woolworths home brand works well)
1tbs liqueur of choice: grand marnier, kahlua, tia maria, cointreau..
(or orange juice if you don't have any liqueur)
200g dark chocolate
crumble fruitcake into food processor or blender
add liquid and process until mixed through
(should be just moist enough to roll into a smooth ball)
Roll into approximately 25 balls ~ 2-3cm in size
Melt chocolate in microwave
Drop each ball into chocolate, get a good coating and place onto baking paper
Put in fridge until set and store in fridge in sealed container (keep well)
