Ingredients
600ml 'Pura' Classic Chocolate Milk [or any choc-flavoured milk]
1 kg mixed fruit [sultanas, raisins, apricot, apple, currants, dates etc.]
2 cups self-raising flour
Directions
*Soak fruit in chocolate milk [can substitute with coffee flavour]
and refrigerate overnight
*Do'nt try to shorten this step ~the fruit needs time to take up all of
the liquid
*Next day mix in the flour
*Pour mixture into a 25x25cm (10" x 10") cake tin that has been greased
and lined with baking paper
*Bake in preheated oven 1.5 hrs (130 deg fan forced/150 deg conventional)
*Check with skewer & leave in tin until cooled before turning out
*The cake can be frozen
