Here is the Fruit & Nut Chocolate recipe {as requested by Cindy}
It's super easy, rich and should definitely be enjoyed throughout
the year! I found it over at Orangette ~ a wonderful blog to get
your culinary inspiration ~ so many gorgeous recipes to try out.
Since cranberries are not so easy to find here in Australia, I used
some dried apricots instead. I'm sure you could experiment a bit.
..and Jem asked for me to show a pic of her with Jesse today. He's
not easy to photograph, must be patted to stay still for a moment!
Thank you for the recipe! :) Cute pictures.
Happy new year to you and your family. "See" you in 2008!
xx Karin

Oh, your new little Jesse looks like a bundle of mischief! I have a Jesse too - a brindle Cairn terrier! That fudge recipe looks too good and too easy! Not so good for my sweet tooth or waistline I am afraid!

I have a sneaky feeling that Jesse is going to be in every photo from now on? Lovely chocolate Gina, watch a certain little pup doesn't pull any off the counter, choccie like that not good for pups but mercifully good for humans! Happy New Year to you all, love Louise x

Not sure who is the biggest charmer Jem or Jesse! I am thinking Jesse will be posing by himself soon when he sees the camera coming out : )
