I've been creating with the gorgeous Crate Paper 'peppermint' collection in this month's My Scrapbook Nook kit!..

The chipboard pieces are so cute and make for a quick and easy Christmas card...I've added a little handstitching on the woodgrain paper..

..and for this layout showing a glimpse of our brightly coloured tree decorations.. I've used some masking tape, gesso and oil pastels around the photo and handcut the little baubles from the Crate Paper patterned paper

I'll be sharing more from the kit as soon as I can find the time to sit down and create...talk about a crazy month..but it's all good! hope you're enjoying your festive preparations without too much stress.. take care, Gx
